Payments

Refunds
Eligibility: Refund requests are evaluated individually.
Process: For a refund, contact us within a 48 hours prior to the initial onboarding call or the given start time for any service.
Limitations: We do not offer refunds for completed projects or for time already invested in ongoing projects.

Client Initiated: If you need to cancel a service, please inform us well in advance. 32 Days prior to the next billing cycle is the minimum amount of time required to cancel a service in order for us to wind down the services.

Refunds upon Cancellation: Refunds following cancellations are governed by the conditions in the 'Refunds' section. If refund is applicable, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be initiated.

No Guaranteed Rankings or Traffic Increases: While we aim for the best outcomes, specific rankings or traffic boosts are not guaranteed. We will do our very best to improve your website rankings and traffic based on our best practices, but due to competition and other uncontrollable circumstances, such algorithm changes, budget limitations, and high competition in certain geographical areas, we may not achieve the desired results.
